1) Summary

Padel Points Counter (“the App”) is a scorekeeping utility for padel on iOS and watchOS. It does not require an account and is designed to work fully offline on your device. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads or use third-party tracking SDKs.

2) Data We Collect

On-Device App Data

The App stores match state (e.g., scores, selected mode, serve rotation) and your preferences locally on your device. This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to our servers (we do not operate any).

  • Scores and match configuration (e.g., mode, targets)
  • In-app settings (e.g., initial server, UI preferences)

Diagnostics (Optional)

If you opt in at the system level to Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share With App Developers, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash logs and performance metrics. These logs help us fix bugs. We cannot use them to identify you.

We do not collect names, emails, precise locations, contacts, advertising identifiers, or any payment information within the App.

3) How and Why We Process Data

Third Parties

We do not use third-party analytics, ads, or cloud storage providers in the App. Apple may act as a processor for optional diagnostics as explained above.

International Transfers

Because we do not transmit your on-device data to servers, there are no international data transfers by us.

Legal Bases (GDPR)

4) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EU/EEA, UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data.

To exercise rights or ask questions, contact us at privacy@yourdomain.com.

5) Data Retention

On-device match data and settings persist until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App. Optional crash logs (if enabled) are retained by Apple per their policies; we do not control those timelines.

6) Security

The App uses the security features of iOS and watchOS. Because data is stored locally, please keep your device passcode enabled and software up to date. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we aim to minimize risk by not transmitting your data to our servers.

7) Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences and does not collect personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information directly, contact us and we will address it promptly.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. We will update the “Effective date” above and, when material, may provide an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.

10) App Store Privacy Labels (Summary)

On Apple’s App Store, we declare that the App does not collect data linked to you. Optional crash logs are controlled by Apple and not linked to your identity as provided to us.
